We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa and Paypal. 

Once your payment has been authorized we will begin processing your order.

We do not accept checks

We begin processing all orders within 1-2 business days of your order date excluding weekends.  Orders placed Friday after 5pm eastern time will be processed on Monday. We ship standard ground shipping. You can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days after processing for U.S. domestic orders. You may choose expediting shipping at checkout for additional fees.  Prices will be reflected in your cart. You will receive an email with your tracking number upon processing.

International orders are shipped priority shipping. You will receive your order 4-7 business days after processing time.  See shipping rates in your cart.

For custom veils and custom orders please allow up to two weeks to be shipped out as these items are made to order. We will notify you of processing time to ensure you have an estimated delivery for these hand made items.

Yes if you need a rush order with faster shipping options please add your items to the cart and select rush order shipping option.

It is our goal to provide speedy processing and delivery.  We immediately begin processing your order to ensure shipping in an efficient time period.  With customer service being our priority we are unable to provide cancellations once an order is placed.

Yes we are constantly updating our inventory.  If you are looking for a specific style that is not listed on our site we can provide you with additional options that will best fit your needs. This is a complimentary service that we are proud to offer.

Your order may be delivered with multiple shipments due to separate warehouse locations.  You will receive multiple tracking numbers if your order is not shipped in a single package.

For orders shipped to California, you have the privilege of paying sales tax.  The tax rate will be reflected at checkout.

Yes orders will receive a separate email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Your privacy is our utmost concern. We do not sell or share your information with anyone.

Yes your international shipping rates will update in your cart.

**We do not guarantee shipping to foreign countries. We cannot trace a package once it is handed off to your country. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost by the mail carriers in a foreign country. Customers are responsible for all taxes, tariffs and all other costs associated with the delivery and receipt of their order in their country. If you are unsure of what tariff or tax may be in your country, please contact your local postal service.
