Returns

Our goal is that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If you find that you are not, we are here to help you make the return process as easy and seamless as possible.  Please follow the following instructions and timelines for returns or exchanges. 

Submit a return request on the form below within 5 days of the delivery date of your order. Please include an explanation of the reason for your return. You will receive instructions for returns within 48 hours with a Return Authorization Number(RA number). Returns sent back without a RA number wiill not be accepted.  All returned shipping fees shall be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use tracking and insurance when returning your product. 

Once your return has been received and inspected by our customer service team you will be contacted confirming that your return request has been approved or rejected.  All returns must be unused in the original packaging with tags attached.  Once your return inspection has been approved you will receive a full refund (excluding the shipping fees) within 14 business days of approval. All Credit Card payments will only be refunded to the Credit Card used for the purchase. 

Returned veils are imposed with a restocking fee between 15% to 25% (maximum of $30), based on the style of the veil. Please contact us for questions on a specific veil. We reserve the right to impose a restocking fee up to 15% on all other accessories.

We do not offer exchanges.  Please follow the return instructions for your purchased item.  To ensure product availability, we suggest that you place a new order for the style and color that you want immediately.  All returned shipping fees shall be the responsibility of the customer.  

We do not accept returns on any lingerie or personalized products such as items with your name, initials or engraved products. 

Unused lingerie in original labeled packaging may be exchanged for a store credit excluding shipping costs.

*Failure to notify us in writing within 5 days of receiving your order may result in a denied return request.
